Cancellation Policy

1. Agreement Agreement on the basis of these terms and conditions arise upon the fulfilment of all the following: registration of student, receipt of payment and/or clearance of the payment into the bank account. G Rix reserves the right to refuse a booking, without the need to give reason. In such a circumstance, any payment accompanying the booking will be returned or held in credit for a future session as requested. The agreement is between G Rix and the client(s) (parental above) and is the sole agreement between these two parties. 2. Bookings for sessions Live invoicing is used, upon which the dates and times of sessions is made clear. You are entering into a contract with G Rix and are committing to the dates and times stipulated, payment may be made in arrears up to one (1) session only. If arrears are greater than this, bookings may be refused until payment is made. 3. Services Mentoring/Tutoring – this service includes planning/preparation of sessions, delivery of sessions and feedback on activities, progress and engagement in sessions. This service does not include report writing for EHCPs, Annual Reviews or similar. Report writing – this service is separate to mentoring/tutoring and will incur an additional fee equal to the standard hourly rate. 4. Fees Full payment must be made a minimum of 24 hours after the start date of the first session, for organisationally funded contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Organisational funding requires an additional fee for processing and therefore is charged at £60/hr. Privately funded individuals maintain a discount and is therefore charged at £45 an hour. These fees may be negotiated based on need, and are reflected in the 'live' invoice. Payment is most easily processed by BACS.
